FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
From choosing the right piece to bespoke design, jewellery care and visiting our showroom, we’ve answered some of the questions we are most often asked.
JEWELLERY & GEMSTONES
Jewel Africa celebrates natural diamonds across our jewellery collections. Our team can guide you through different diamond characteristics, including cut, colour, clarity, carat weight and natural colour variations.
Tanzanite is found in only one known area of the world, in northern Tanzania near Mount Kilimanjaro. Its limited geographic origin and distinctive blue and violet colour make it one of Africa’s most remarkable gemstones.
Natural gemstones can vary in colour, tone, clarity and character, and their appearance may also differ slightly depending on lighting and screen settings. These variations are part of what makes every natural gemstone unique.
